Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments through patient interviews, observations, and the review of medical records to identify emotional, social, and environmental barriers to recovery.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will work primarily with adult patients experiencing emotional and psychological challenges related to recovery from injury, illness, or disability. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
