Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, gathering essential information about clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources to inform their treatment.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions designed to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client treatment.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Document clinical interactions accurately and timely, adhering to ethical and legal standards to maintain compliance.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community engagement and client support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
