Works an assigned portion of AR and aging reports. Researches and writes appeals on denied accounts. Responds to billing claim inquiries and works to resolve any claim issues. **What you will do*** Works assigned portion of Accounts Receivable (AR) and aging reports.* Follows up on professional claims and zero pay EOBs for assigned provider practice locations to obtain payment.* Researches and writes appeals on denied accounts within department guidelines. Resubmits applicable claims within required timeframe.* Responds and resolves insurance company requests for information and works to identify issues and bring to management’s attention. Resolves patient inquiries and complaints.**Qualifications** **Education*** High School Diploma or GED, (Required)* Bachelors Degree, or greater will count as 1 year of additional experience (Preferred)**Experience*** 2 years Revenue Cycle experience (Required)**Licenses and Certifications*** CRCR - Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) (Preferred)To learn more about being a team member with Riverside Health System visit us at #J-18808-Ljbffr
