Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments by taking detailed medical histories, performing physical examinations, and conducting diagnostic evaluations to understand patient needs.
• Formulate and tailor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians, ensuring that these plans address the specific medical and lifestyle needs of patients.
• Perform necessary procedures and minor surgical interventions under the guidance of attending physicians, while adhering to established protocols to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Educate patients on their medical conditions, treatment options, and the necessary lifestyle modifications to promote overall wellness, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Diligently maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, meticulously documenting patient encounters and treatment plans, which is vital for ongoing care and efficacy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare staff to ensure the seamless integration of patient care across different departments and services within the surgical center.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Urgent Care Physician Assistant, you will primarily focus on adult and pediatric patients presenting with a variety of urgent health conditions. Your role will involve triaging patients effectively, managing acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions, and providing timely care to improve patient outcomes. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
