Work Environment

The Urgent Care Physician Assistant role is based onsite at our surgical center, providing a dynamic work setting that promotes collaboration among healthcare professionals. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, which enables a positive work-life balance while still allowing for dedicated patient care. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, all focused on improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions in alignment with established protocols, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor patient progress diligently, adjusting treatment strategies based on their response and pain management outcomes.
