Accounting Manager We are looking for an Accounting Manager to support core financial operations and help strengthen reporting processes in a dynamic, evolving environment. Who You Are Experience with project-based accounting, including revenue tracking and cost analysis Background in accounting within complex, fast-paced environments Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with leadership Comfort stepping into evolving processes and helping implement structure What You’ll Do Oversee key accounting functions related to project tracking, reporting, and financial accuracy Prepare and review financial reports to ensure compliance with established guidelines Support month‑end close activities and assist with audit readiness Partner closely with leadership to improve workflows and reporting visibility Provide oversight to transactional accounting functions, with potential for team leadership Assist in system transitions and process improvements as needed Diversity Statement We actively support and promote people of various backgrounds, including race, religion, gender, geographic area, university, lifestyle, and personality types.
