Service Advisor The Boucher Dealerships of Waukesha are looking to hire a Service Advisor for their growing service departments. Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates! Responsibilities Determine automotive problems and services by listening to customers’ descriptions of symptoms Clarify the description of problems Conduct inspections, take test drives, check vehicle maintenance records, and examine service schedules Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, and detailing repairs and services required Obtain approval signatures and enter repair orders into the service database system Qualifications Experience preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge Motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude CDK experience preferred Must meet top-rated CSI standards and focus on world-class customer service Benefits Competitive base salary Health insurance Dental and vision coverage Cafeteria plan Paid vacation days Spiffs and rewards for top performers #J-18808-Ljbffr Boucher Group
