Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of your clients using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for new clients and developing personalized treatment plans that set realistic and achievable goals.
\n
• Maintaining thorough documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge planning, all in compliance with company policies and best practices.
\n
• Collaborating closely with clients to establish robust aftercare plans to ensure a smooth transition post-therapy and continuity of care.
\n
• Engaging with clients’ families, outside clinicians, and referring agencies to facilitate integrated care, ensuring an holistic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving individuals struggling with mental and behavioral health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. You will work with a diverse client base, which may include children, adolescents, adults, and families, all seeking improvement in their mental health and relationships.

Qualifications\n

To be successful, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting providing therapy for individuals facing mental health challenges and co-occurring disorders.
\n
• Proficiency in maintaining professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
\n
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, the following experiences are preferred:

• Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed care and interventions.

• Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, along with potential bonuses. Additionally, we provide:
