Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, challenges, and goals, utilizing various assessment tools and methodologies.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices for clients experiencing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.

• Engage in couples and family therapy sessions to foster effective communication and resolve interpersonal conflicts.

• Craft personalized treatment plans that incorporate specific interventions tailored to individual client needs, continuously updating based on client progress and feedback.

• Provide crisis intervention, offering immediate support for clients in distress or facing acute mental health challenges.
\n
• Conduct educational sessions for clients and families about mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available resources for additional support.

• Document and maintain accurate and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures, adhering to legal standards and ethical guidelines.

• Consistently apply best practices and ethical standards in all counseling activities to ensure client confidentiality and informed consent.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
