I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in investments, giving me a strong financial services background and a passion for helping people make informed decisions. Outside of work, I’m a husband and proud father of three, and spending time with my family is one of my biggest priorities. Our agency offers a 401(k), paid time off, sick days, performance-based bonuses and commissions, and opportunities to earn additional PTO by reaching goals. As an Account Manager for David Shin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
