Office Services Associate

Office Services Associate Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment. Towson, MD 21286 Mon-Fri 8am-5pm 3 Months (Temp to perm) Driving: No (but candidate will need to have a valid drivers license) This role will require operating and maintaining high-volume printing, copying, scanning, and document production equipment, including 2D and 3D printers. The contingent worker will be responsible for equipment setup, basic troubleshooting, quality checks, finishing and bindery work, document imaging, shipping and receiving, mail distribution, inventory management, recordkeeping, and customer service. They will also coordinate service requests, deliver completed jobs, maintain supply levels and equipment logs, and support office operations through filing, reception, conference room setup, light maintenance, and facility support tasks. This role requires using a variety of production and office equipment to ensure efficient document and print services while meeting customer needs and deadlines. The ideal candidate has experience with copier equipment, shipping and receiving processes, and basic computer skills. Knowledge of equipment repair and basic electronics is preferred. They should be capable of handling and finishing both durable and delicate 3D-printed parts, working independently, and managing multiple tasks with flexibility. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with the ability to follow instructions, accurately process packing and shipping documentation, and understand technical manuals and documentation. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are required to effectively support customers and operational needs. Key Responsibilities Operate high-volume printers, copiers, scanners, and document imaging equipment. Perform printing, copying, scanning, binding, finishing, cutting, hole punching, laminating, and shrink-wrapping. Operate and handle 2D & 3D printing equipment and printed parts. Perform quality checks and ensure accurate document production. Clear paper jams, replace paper/toner, and perform basic printer troubleshooting. Maintain equipment logs and monitor supply inventory. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and fax distribution. Process shipping & receiving, prepare shipments, and deliver completed jobs. Coordinate service requests and communicate job status with customers. Support filing, document archiving, conference room setup, reception, and general office services. Keep work areas clean, organized, and well-stocked. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Experience operating printers, copiers, or scanners. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Good customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license.
