Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will engage in a variety of tasks that go beyond traditional physical therapy practices, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and conditions to create tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
• Educating patients and their families about injury prevention techniques and effective methods to manage their physical conditions post-treatment.
• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of modalities to enhance mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Regularly documenting patient treatment sessions, progress notes, and outcomes in adherence to regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare policies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current and active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Educational background with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
