Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

The platform is completely free with a 100% transparent tip‑or‑fee model. Role Description Recruiting Coordinator (contract) to cover a team member’s parental leave. Coordinate the hiring process: create job postings, schedule interviews across time zones, manage candidate communications, and coordinate onboarding tasks. Contract Details Temporary contract covering approximately 4–5 months, target start date July 13th or 20th. Hours 20–30+ per week, pay $30 per hour. Responsibilities Create and publish job postings for open roles. Coordinate interview scheduling, rescheduling, and candidate communications for active searches. Support recruiters and hiring managers by coordinating scheduling and recruiting logistics. Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the ATS (Ashby). Manage onboarding task coordination for new hires with People Ops. Support recruiters with administrative tasks such as opening job requisitions and managing interview plans. Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process. Requirements 1+ years of recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience, ideally in a remote environment. Hands‑on experience with Ashby (required). Strong communication and organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience scheduling interviews across multiple time zones.
