Contract Recruiter

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Hoboken, NJ that is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support a fast-paced, high-volume talent acquisition team. This individual will partner with hiring managers and a collaborative team of recruiters to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of roles, including product, sales, data, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting for technical or SaaS-based organizations and thrives in a metrics-driven environment.

Skills

• 5+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or corporate)
• Experience supporting technical, SaaS, or high-growth environments preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting
• Strong experience with full-cycle recruiting (sourcing through offer)
• Familiarity with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and candidate experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
