Our software platform provides proprietary insights that helps high-growth companies find the highest ROI events, conferences and trade shows to attend and sponsor. We have built an AI-powered platform that customers describe as an event marketer’s dream. Vendelux was founded in 2021, and our recent $14 million Series A was led by FirstMark, whose portfolio includes companies like Shopify, Pinterest, Discord, Airbnb, Draft Kings, Carta and Justworks (amongst others). Our leadership team includes alumni from Shutterstock, Bain, ZoomInfo, Zulily, NewtonX and Compass. We’re looking for a seasoned Contract Recruiter to help scale our team during a period of high growth. You’ll play a critical role in attracting top talent across both Go-To-Market (GTM) and Technical functions, partnering closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and leadership to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process. This role will have a 5 day onsite requirement. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting across GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Technical (Engineering, Product, Data) roles Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies Source, engage, and assess passive and active candidates through various channels Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process Track pipeline metrics and deliver regular updates to stakeholders Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s culture, values, and business needs to effectively pitch the opportunity Qualifications 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth tech environments Demonstrated success hiring for both GTM and technical roles Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Ability to adapt quickly and operate independently in a fast-paced environment Bonus: Experience working with startups or in-house recruiting for early- to mid-stage tech companies Not all candidates will check all of the requirements listed above and that’s ok!
