Job Summary We are seeking a personable and motivated Communications Agent to support customer outreach, promotional initiatives, and relationship-building activities. Responsibilities Communicate with customers and prospective customers in a professional manner. Provide clear information about products, services, and promotional opportunities. Engage with customers to understand their interests and needs. Build positive relationships through friendly and effective communication. Support customer outreach and lead generation activities. Participate in promotional campaigns and community engagement initiatives. Follow up with prospective customers when additional information is needed. Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to the team. Assist with presentations and promotional materials. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and outreach activities. Collaborate with team members to support customer engagement and business goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Confident, friendly, and professional approach to customer interactions. Strong listening and relationship-building abilities. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment. Previous communications, customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
