Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that integrate individual and group therapy sessions, as well as other evidence-based practices.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups, focusing on fostering recovery from substance dependencies and promoting transformative personal change.

• Set realistic and achievable treatment goals collaboratively with clients, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards throughout the therapeutic process.

• Maintain comprehensive and precise patient documentation, including detailed progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments, strictly adhering to state and federal compliance guidelines.

• Engage in collaborative chart audits with the clinical director and assist in the review and approval of treatment documentation.
