Job Title: Full-Cycle Recruiter Company: Home Health Care, Inc. + Family of Businesses Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 per year + Commission Location: Golden Valley, MN Note: LOCAL, IN-OFFICE ROLE! We support a family of businesses that relies on a lot of clinicians to support patients who are receiving healthcare services at home and in facilities. Responsibilities: Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for home care caregivers and select additional roles Responsible for role-related advertising, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and offering Work collaboratively with hiring managers to evaluate candidates, processes, and fine-tune hiring efforts Make recommendations and adjustments to ensure the most collaborative hiring and onboarding procedures for each brand Contribute ideas towards multiple companies and departments to improve processes Qualifications: Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must-have Proven ability to plan and prioritize your work week Demonstrated ability to set and achieve hiring metrics and project goals A degree in Communications, Psychology, or related field is required Healthcare industry knowledge is ideal Experience in a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition environment is preferred Military Occupational Classification (MOC) Codes: If you're a military member transitioning to civilian life, we value your service and skills.
