Regional Account Manager

Likewize is searching for a Regional Account Manager to join our Device Protection Field Sales team in the South Florida market.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to one of Likewize's key US accounts, driving business growth through strong relationship management, strategic collaboration, and exceptional account support. Beyond executing retail initiatives, you'll identify opportunities, influence outcomes, and help deliver results across the market. Your Key Areas of Focus

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, serving as the trusted liaison between Likewize and our client.
  • Develop and execute training, marketing, and incentive programs that drive engagement, sales performance, and business growth.
  • Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities, provide strategic recommendations, and help partners achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute growth strategies, supporting both retail performance and new business initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong field presence by regularly visiting partner locations to support execution, strengthen relationships, and drive results.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, training sessions, and business reviews while communicating campaign performance and coaching effectiveness.
  • Support partner success by resolving challenges, influencing positive business outcomes, and consistently achieving territory growth objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who knows how to build lasting relationships and brings 5+ years of experience in account management, client management, sales, or a related field.
  • A proven performer who is motivated by goals, embraces accountability, and consistently delivers results.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required), with the ability to connect authentically with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Someone with hands-on retail experience and a strong understanding of store operations, sales performance, and customer engagement.
  • A natural communicator who can confidently engage everyone from store associates to executive leaders.
  • A team player who values collaboration and enjoys working together to achieve shared goals.
  • A growth-oriented mindset, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go above and beyond to drive success for partners and the business.

Extra Skills We'd Love to See

  • Telecommunications experience that enables you to quickly build credibility, identify opportunities, and drive meaningful results for partners.

On the Road to Success

This is a highly visible, field-based role that puts you where relationships are built and business happens. You'll spend time traveling throughout the region to support partner locations, strengthen client relationships, and represent Likewize at industry events. Expect up to 70% travel, including occasional overnight stays, as you help drive results, support strategic initiatives, and deliver an exceptional partner experience.
