Role Summary This is a full‑time remote role for a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (Leadership Hiring). The successful candidate will lead and manage full‑life cycle recruiting efforts for leadership roles. Responsibilities include developing employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, sourcing and attracting top talent, and managing the overall hiring process. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand talent needs and drive initiatives to meet strategic recruitment objectives. Excellent communication, analytical, and decision‑making skills. Proven ability to work in a remote environment and lead cross‑functional teams. Prior experience in leadership or executive hiring within the BFSI or consulting sectors is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in Talent Acquisition or HR are a plus.
