Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings which evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, helping formulate robust, personalized treatment plans.

• Design individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique challenges, progress, and recovery goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure that patients receive integrated and holistic mental health care.

• Provide education and support to clients’ family members, fostering an understanding of mental health issues and promoting effective participation in the recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards, ensuring the highest ethical care protocols are followed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
