Role Description We're seeking a Head of TikTok Shop Account Management to own the performance of our entire brand portfolio and lead the account team that runs it. This on‑site Beverly Hills role owns the full client relationship and the number attached to it: setting account strategy across listings, pricing, promotions, live programming, affiliate, UGC, and paid media, then making sure the team executes it every single day. You'll manage and grow a team of account managers, build the playbooks and reporting cadence they run on, own portfolio GMV and client retention, and sit in the room for every executive business review and every escalation with our TikTok Shop partner managers. You'll work across our live, affiliate, creative, and fulfillment teams to turn account strategy into results our brands can see. Qualifications 4+ years in ecommerce account management, marketplace operations, or agency services, preferably TikTok Shop. Experience managing direct reports; you've hired, coached, and built process that outlives you. You've carried a number. GMV, net revenue retention, or portfolio P&L, and you can walk through exactly how you moved it. Hands‑on command of GMV Max, TikTok Search Ads, affiliate and creator commission structures, live selling operations, and Shop Health. Comfortable leading founder and executive‑level conversations, including renewals, pricing, and the hard calls. Strong command of performance data; you turn dashboards into a point of view, not just a report. Able to run a multi‑account portfolio against competing deadlines without letting anything go quiet. Able to work on‑site in Beverly Hills. Compensation & Benefits $97,000–$122,000 base salary with option to structure performance bonuses tied to portfolio GMV and client retention.
