Business Document Expert (French Speaker)

$20 - $70 per hour

Help improve AI-powered productivity tools by evaluating and refining business documents in French. This fully remote contract role combines business judgment with advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills to ensure AI-generated work is clear, accurate, professional, and ready for real-world business use. Key Responsibilities

Work directly with AI systems on sophisticated business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Evaluate, critique, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated finance, strategy, marketing, and operations deliverables.
Create and test realistic business scenarios involving analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
Review outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and quality aligned with Fortune 500 and consulting standards.
Share actionable recommendations with cross-functional teams to support ongoing AI improvement.
Annotate, document, and escalate recurring issues affecting business users.
Promote strong quality, structure, and clarity across deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, HR, or another business function.
Fluent French-language capability.
Demonstrated expertise creating polished business deliverables in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong business analysis, organization, written communication, verbal communication, and attention to detail.
Ability to assess work critically and provide clear, constructive feedback.
Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or the ability to learn them quickly.
Comfort working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
Experience in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
MBA or another advanced degree.
Experience mentoring others or providing structured feedback on business deliverables.

Work Terms

Contract engagement.
Fully remote, ideally for candidates based in the United States.

Compensation

Hourly pay of $20 to $70.
