Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based practices to guide clients in their healing processes.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s specific needs, goals, and therapeutic preferences.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of client progress, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base encompasses a diverse range of individuals and families, each presenting unique life challenges, relationship issues, and mental health concerns. As an LMFT at Solace Space, you will primarily work with clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, grief, and transitions. Your insights and expertise will play a fundamental role in helping clients navigate their emotional landscapes, leading to improved personal and relational outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is required.

• Active and valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proven experience in providing remote counseling or therapy services in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
