Restoration Network Inc. is a fire, water, and storm restoration company based in Maple Grove, MN. We're growing fast and looking for a driven Business Development Representative to build and own our insurance agent channel from the ground up.

This is a territory-development role. You'll be the face of RNI to independent and captive insurance agents across your market. The relationships you build become your book. As referral volume grows, so does your commission income. We're looking for someone who sees a blank territory not as a challenge, but as an opportunity.

Compensation & Growth

• Base salary of $65,000 $80,000 depending on experience, plus a commission structure that rewards you for every referral relationship you build. As your territory matures and referral volume compounds, your income grows with it. We expect strong performers to clear $100,000 in year one.
• Upside performance bonus on all sourced revenue. Company vehicle provided
