Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for new and returning clients to evaluate their mental health needs and craft individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver coordinated, holistic care to clients.

• Maintain compliant and accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage clients’ families through educational sessions, promoting their understanding of treatment processes and active involvement in the recovery journey.

Our clients are a diverse group of individuals including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship struggles. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required; advanced degrees such as master's or doctoral is preferred.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to diverse populations.

• Strong counseling skills evidenced by the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients effectively.

• Excellent communication skills that foster effective teamwork and collaboration within the therapeutic group.
