Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services through video conferencing and in-person sessions as necessary, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health conditions and create tailored treatment plans.

• Develop and execute innovative treatment strategies incorporating evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while also being open to integrating alternative healing methods.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay updated on advances in the mental health field.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for clients.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Refresh Zone, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health discipline from an accredited institution.

• Must hold an unrestricted independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Demonstrated proficiency in providing both in-person and virtual therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The total compensation for this full-time position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
