What You'll Do

• Provide direct inpatient care, including admissions, daily rounding, and discharges
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions
• Collaborate with specialists, primary care providers, and healthcare team members
• Manage ventilator support and respond to medical emergencies
• Conduct thorough documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Participate in hospital rounds and interdisciplinary meetings
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatment plans
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees

What You Need

• Medical license in Vermont or eligibility to practice in Vermont
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• DEA license
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently
