Sales Manager

Beckley Chevrolet isn't looking for someone to "manage" a sales floor. We're looking for the person who dominates the scoreboard. What You'll Do

Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed monthly goals.
Coach salespeople through every stage of the sales process.
Desk deals and maximize profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Hold the team accountable to daily activity and follow-up expectations.
Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent.
Work closely with the General Manager to execute sales strategies and improve dealership performance.
Ensure every customer receives a world-class buying experience.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who:

Has proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager or top-performing Finance Manager ready for the next step.
Brings relentless energy and urgency to work every day.
Leads from the front—not from the office.
Knows how to build accountability without destroying morale.
Is obsessed with KPIs, closing ratios, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
Understands CRM follow-up, inventory management, and desking deals.
Refuses to accept average performance.
