Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient Experience: 1 year PT-CA Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) Float: Float between - Rohnert Park/Santa Rosa SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history 1+ Years of Outpatient Ortho experience 1+ Years of experience utilizing Manual Therapy Techniques BS Degree or higher in Physical Therapy

Preferred Qualifications

Experience treating 14-16 patients per day 2+ Years Experience practicing as a physical therapist 2+ Years Experience treating sprains/strains/fractures
