Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients' physical abilities and therapeutic needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including creating and modifying therapeutic interventions.
• Guide patients through active and passive exercises tailored to their rehabilitation goals.
• Implement functional training and rehabilitation techniques, including prosthetic training and gait improvements.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans, rehabilitation processes, and at-home exercises for continued progress.
• Communicate regularly with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and improve clinical outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus
