Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments for each patient, developing customized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions that may include manual therapy, advanced therapeutic exercises, and application of specialized technologies.
• Engage with patients through regular follow-up calls to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care effectively, ensuring comprehensive clinical and progress summaries are maintained.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, ensuring that all relevant patient information is communicated transparently.
• Know and implement best practices in therapy and monitor patient feedback to continuously improve care standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele consists primarily of highly motivated individuals aged 35 and older, many of whom are athletes dedicated to their rehabilitation and health improvement. In addition to elite athletes, we also serve a diverse population that includes children and teens facing orthopedic challenges. As our clients are committed to their health, you will find a dynamic, interactive atmosphere where therapy is a collaborative journey.

Qualifications

• A valid California state license to practice as a physical therapist.
• A minimum of five years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and an eagerness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for going above and beyond for clients.

Preferred Experience

• Certification or experience in Pilates, IASTM, NAIOMT training, or similar methodologies is highly desirable.
• Dual credentialing as a Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer is a plus.
• Experience working with vestibular and post-concussion patients is valued.
• Interest in instructing small group fitness classes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
