Business Development Representative – Automotive Partnerships

Titans Auto Parts LLC is looking for a motivated business development representative to help expand our network of automotive recycling yards (junkyards).

This is primarily a relationship-building and sales position. No automotive parts experience is required—we will train you on our business model.

Responsibilities

• Visit local junkyards and meet with owners or managers.
• Make phone calls to automotive recycling yards.
• Schedule meetings and present our partnership opportunity.
• Build long-term relationships with salvage yards.
• Follow up with potential partners.
• Help ensure new partners follow through after agreements are made.
• Assist with communication and coordination between our company and partner yards.

• Comfortable talking to business owners.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance.
• Organized and dependable.
• Self-motivated.
• Sales, business development, marketing, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Auto parts experience is not required .

Compensation

• $30 per hour
• Performance bonuses available.
• Commission on successful partnerships.

For the first 3 months after securing a new junkyard partnership:

• If the partnership is 25% , you receive 5% of the company's profit from that yard.
• If the partnership is 30% , you receive 7% .
• If the partnership is 35% or higher , you receive 9% .

After the first 3 months , commission changes to a 5% ongoing management commission for maintaining the relationship and helping ensure the junkyard fulfills its responsibilities.

Additional performance bonuses may be available.
