Job Title: Junior Supply Chain Associate Location: Onsite – Clearwater, FL Contract duration: 12 Month contract with potential for extension or conversion Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Associate to join our team onsite in Clearwater, FL. This is a 12-month opportunity designed for recent graduates looking to build a strong foundation in supply chain operations within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of supply chain, including inventory management, forecasting, planning, and order processing. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams, contribute to real projects, and develop practical skills while learning from experienced professionals. Responsibilities Support day-to-day supply chain operations including inventory management, forecasting, and order management Assist with planning, credit management, and basic assembly‑related processes Collaborate with internal teams to support business needs and improve workflows Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects Analyze data and generate reports to support decision‑making Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained within the last 12 months (no more than a 5‑month gap in education) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field Experience or familiarity with SAP Interest in supply chain operations and process improvement Do you now or in the future require sponsorship (e.g. H-1B)?
