Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Time: 0800-230PM
- Pay Rate: $19.00/hour (no experience) | $20.00/hour (with relevant experience)
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Part-Time, Hourly
Essential Duties:
- Scan physical documents to create digital copies for the company's records and filing system.
- Process large volumes of BOLs, PODs, and driver trip envelopes for scanning, indexing, document verification, and customer validation.
- Work collaboratively with the team to support daily office operations while meeting departmental deadlines and customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Ability to effectively multitask.
- 3PL EXPERCIENCE
- Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Must be available to work overtime as business needs require.
Desired Skills:
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
