Join our team as an Assistant Administrator and partner with the Administrator to keep daily operations running smoothly while championing top-quality care and compliance. What You’ll Do: Support the Administrator in overseeing daily facility operations Ensure strict compliance with all regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, and more Manage budgets and finances—tracking expenses and maintaining accurate records Be the go-to person for residents, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly Collaborate on strategic planning to propel the organization forward Advocate for the facility by building strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders Guide department managers on policy use and ensure facility compliance with legal, safety, and health codes Deliver exceptional customer service that honors residents’ rights and needs What You Bring: Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred 2+ years healthcare experience, preferably in administration Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work independently and hit deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Why Work With Us: Competitive compensation and great benefits Supportive, engaging work environment Innovative training programs Clear paths for career growth And so much more!
