This role is a strong fit for someone who is self-motivated, communicates well, and is comfortable using technology to stay connected with clients and the team. You’ll have the independence to manage your schedule while still being part of a collaborative environment focused on growth and accountability.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity , with income tied directly to your activity, production, and results.

Compensation:

$125,500 - $195,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Utilize our proven systems to prospect and follow up with potential clients, building a robust pipeline.
• Collaborate with experienced mentors to refine your skills and grow your real estate expertise.
• Leverage technology to stay connected with clients and the team, ensuring timely communication and updates.
• Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values and trends.
• Negotiate offers and contracts with confidence, always advocating for your clients' best interests.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge and performance in the field.

Qualifications:

• Newly licensed or actively pursuing a real estate license, ready to dive into the industry.
• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build relationships and trust.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Proven track record of self-motivation and discipline, allowing you to manage your schedule and meet goals independently.
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools to stay connected with clients and the team, enhancing communication and efficiency.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, embracing mentorship and training to grow your real estate expertise.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate for clients' best interests and close deals confidently.
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Warren-Farmington-Hills-Troy, MI, or a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to it.
