Role Description

Buscamos profissional para atuar como Gestor(a) de Performance, sendo responsável pelo planejamento, gestão e otimização de campanhas de tráfego pago, garantindo alta performance, escalabilidade e retorno sobre investimento (ROI) para os clientes.

Gestão de campanhas no Meta Ads e Google Ads
Planejamento estratégico de mídia paga
Análise e otimização de métricas de performance
Criação e acompanhamento de testes A/B
Análise de funil, conversão e escalabilidade de campanhas
Geração de relatórios e apresentação de resultados para clientes
Alinhamento estratégico com clientes em reuniões periódicas
Colaboração com equipes de design e conteúdo para criação de anúncios
Gestão de budget e acompanhamento de ROI
Proposição de estratégias para retenção e fidelização de clientes.

Qualifications

Experiência prévia com gestão de tráfego pago
Conhecimento em Meta Ads e Google Ads
Perfil analítico, estratégico e orientado a resultados
Boa comunicação verbal e escrita
Capacidade de interpretar métricas e transformar dados em ações estratégicas
Organização e autonomia na gestão de múltiplas contas
Flexibilidade e adaptabilidade às mudanças das plataformas de mídia.

Requirements

Experiência com remarketing e segmentação avançada
Conhecimento em automação de campanhas e inteligência artificial
Experiência com e-commerce
Vivência em retenção e fidelização de clientes
Conhecimento em CRO, funil de vendas e copy para anúncios.
