Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Human Resources Manager to oversee core HR functions while also supporting talent acquisition and select marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a versatile professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and contributing to both people operations and employer branding efforts. Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and policy development Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related matters Maintain and update employee records, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HR documentatiion onEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruiting for approximate ly 3–4 hires per quarter Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategegy Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates Oversee offer process and onboarding experience to ensure a strong candidate experience Marketing & Social Media Support Assist with employer branding initiatives across digital platform Help manage and update company social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, et Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or manager capacity Relationship building and employee advocacy #J-18808-Ljbffr RemX | The Workforce Experts
