Sompo is seeking a Quality Control Specialist Supervisor for its Crop Insurance Quality Control & Compliance team. The role oversees compliance reviews and claim-related processes, mentoring staff, and ensuring timely, accurate reviews in line with RMA rules. The supervisor coordinates with claims personnel and provides policy guidance to staff. Preferred candidates hold an Associate’s degree in Agriculture or related field with 2–3 years’ experience in crop insurance claims #J-18808-Ljbffr Sompo
