You'll be the face of the customer's flooring project meeting homeowners in their space, understanding their vision and budget, and guiding them to the flooring solution that fits both. You'll work both company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities, using your expertise and consultative approach to close with confidence.

35+ years of in-home/outside flooring sales experience

A hunter's mentality paired with strong relationship-building instincts

Sharp communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Comfort presenting and speaking with confidence in front of clients

Self-motivation, coachability, and a competitive drive

Comfort with basic sales tracking/reporting tools

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Availability for evening and weekend appointments
