Abeka Customer Service Inbound Agent

Position Summary Abeka Customer Service Inbound Agent. The role is not remote. The Agent communicates with customers to resolve issues related to accounts, shipment, billing, and damages, and assists with digital support as needed. The Agent also supports office projects, updates documentation, and collaborates with other departments on special projects. Responsibilities Communicate effectively with Abeka customers regarding shipment, billing, and damages. Research issues that customers have with their accounts and determine acceptable solutions within established policies. Assist with digital support and other departmental needs, including special projects. Help with office projects and update all documentation related to assigned responsibilities. Explain tasks not directly related to general customer service to employees as needed. Recommend improvements to procedures and processes of Customer Service. Qualifications Education: High School diploma preferred; College degree desirable. Experience: 1+ years in customer service; preferred 1+ years in a call center. Skills: Excellent communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to operate standard office equipment. FLSA Status: Scanning (Non-Exempt).
