What You'll Do

As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in connecting exceptional talent with leading organizations, helping both clients and candidates achieve their goals. In this role, you will develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates, build long-term relationships, and deliver tailored hiring solutions that meet evolving business needs. You'll source, interview, and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process while serving as a trusted advisor to both parties. Success in this position also involves confidently negotiating commercial terms, closing deals, and collaborating closely with your team to achieve shared performance goals in a supportive, results-driven environment.

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years in sales or recruitment
• Proven track record of billing and exceeding targets
• Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, etc.
• Competitive, coachable, and relationship-driven mindset
