Contracts Administrator
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, the part-time Contracts Administrator will review, prepare, negotiate, and administer contracts while ensuring compliance with federal regulations in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Review, draft, and administer contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and other contractual documents Support the full contract lifecycle including proposal support, negotiation, administration, and closeout Ensure compliance with applicable regulations such as FAR and DFARS while maintaining accurate contract records Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 4-10 years of experience in contract administration or government contracting Experience working with federal government contracts Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and federal acquisition regulations Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
