Dental Implant Sales Consultant

About the Role ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is hiring a Patient Education Consultant to empower patients with knowledge and support to make life‑changing decisions. The role is full‑time, based in our Center, and offers a base salary of $65,000‑$70,000 with uncapped performance‑based commissions for a total target compensation of $120,000‑$140,000. Key Responsibilities Own the entire consultation (sales) process from first contact through decision. Educate prospective patients about ClearChoice’s services, procedures, and financial options. Conduct follow‑up calls to support patients’ decision‑making journey. Create customized payment plans to meet individual financial needs. Generate leads through community engagement, patient referrals, and outreach. Maintain a robust sales pipeline through active lead generation. Ensure a smooth transition from consultation to procedure. Collaborate closely with doctors and general managers to optimize patient care and sales performance. Perform other duties as needed to support the center’s success. Qualifications At least 2 years of direct‑to‑consumer consultative sales experience. Experience with loan origination, interest rates, and financing processes. Strong rapport‑building, active listening, and patient trust‑earning skills. Proficiency in Salesforce is preferred.
