This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from a location that best suits your needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. With designated office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will have the opportunity to manage your schedule effectively while delivering impactful care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, gathering critical information to inform case management and treatment planning.

• Craft detailed treatment plans that include specific, measurable objectives tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Document client interactions and progress accurately and promptly in our electronic health records (EHR) system.

• Regularly monitor treatment outcomes and facilitate open communication channels with clients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.

• Foster meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients to enhance trust and engagement in the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Our clientele comprises various age groups and backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and requiring tailored therapeutic approaches. Building rapport and adapting your techniques to fit the specific cultural and emotional needs of clients will be crucial for fostering effective therapy outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active LPCC license in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in counseling or psychotherapy.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex mental health concepts clearly.

• Proficiency in telehealth technology and electronic records management.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing is highly desirable. Familiarity with substance use disorder treatment programs and interventions will also be an asset, as we aim to provide holistic care encompassing mental and physical health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 – 120,000 , commensurate with experience.
