As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in our organization, you will work in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing you to provide care from the comfort and convenience of your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse clientele facing mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in California.

• Proven expertise in effective treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology, enabling effective collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.

• Demonstrated history of successful outcomes in treating mood disorders, evidenced by client feedback or measurable progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
