Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility in your working arrangements while allowing you to engage with clients via telehealth or scheduled in-person visits at our outpatient facility. We maintain standard office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but some flexibility may be necessary to meet patient needs. This environment promotes a balance of autonomy and teamwork, ensuring you have the necessary support to succeed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify and address the specific needs of each patient.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a therapeutic community aimed at reducing stigma associated with mental health issues.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support in high-pressure situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.

• Offer educational resources to patients regarding mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community support services.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions and treatment progress while adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case conferences, and continuous learning opportunities to remain abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice addresses a diverse array of mental health conditions including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
