Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring an empathetic and understanding client interaction.

• A strong organizational and time-management aptitude to maintain an efficient therapy schedule and documentation process.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling. Experience with trauma-informed therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or other therapeutic modalities is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and an ability to adapt to remote work challenges will set you up for success.

Compensation and Benefits\n

You will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and the number of clients you serve.
