We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and manage the financial operations of a growing, high-performing company. What You Will Do Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping Process and track invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Monitor payment deadlines and ensure timely collections Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with tax preparation Support payroll processing and vendor payments Maintain accurate and organized financial records across multiple projects What We Are Looking For Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience- documented Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Experience in construction or real estate industry is a strong plus Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience On-Site work schedule Supportive, family-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with a well-established and respected company Pay Up to $68,827.14 per year.
